Governor pays courtesy call on VISR

Director of the Virgin Islands Shipping Registry (VISR), Captain Baboucar Sallah, welcomes His Excellency, Governor Boyd McCleary, aboard the VISR’s, The Vigilant II on March 8. The tour of the vessel was part of the Governor’s official visit to the VISR office to learn more about their operations.
