Trinidad and Tobago won the opening game of the Caribbean Basketball Confederation (CBC) tournament on Tuesday afternoon against Jamaica 88-76 at the Multipurpose Sports Complex in Road Town. The senior mens tournament ends on Saturday and features eight teams divided into two groups. Group A has Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago.
