HANDLING STOLEN GOODS

On 15-06-08 at 1100hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old native of St. Thomas, USVI, residing at Sea Cow's Bay for the offence of Handling Stolen Goods. He was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 signed with one surety and is to appear in court on 22-08-08 at 0900hrs.

 

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On 23-06-08 at 2035hrs, Police arrested Tristan Mills and Mitch Christopher, both of Harrigan Estate and Analdo Tyson of Admiralty Estate on warrants in the first instance and charged them jointly for two counts of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and Criminal Damage.

 

THREATENING LANGUAGE

On 24-06-08 at 1845hrs, Police arrested and charged Lines Stoutt of Josiah’s Bay for the offences of Threatening Language, Indecent Language and Disorderly Conduct.

 

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUGS

On 26-06-08 at 0215hrs, Police arrested and charged Herman Marshall Horne of no fixed place of abode for the offences of Unlawful Possession of 0.9 grams of Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of 18.7 grams of cocaine with intent to supply.

 

On 27-06-08 at 1318hrs, Police arrested and charged Lloyd Graham of Horsepath for the offence of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.

 

On 27-06-08 at 1905hrs, Police arrested and charged Veronica Francis, a native of Georgia, USA for the offences of Unlawful Possession of Cannabis and Importation of Cannabis. The arrest took place at the West End Ferry Terminal.

 

On 28-06-08 at 0320hrs, Police arrested and charged Ivan Govia of no fixed place of abode for the offence of Unlawful Possession of Crack Cocaine.

 

SHOOTING WITH INTENT TO CAUSE GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM

On 26-06-08 at 1030hrs, Police arrested 24-year-old Keris Phipps, a native of St. Kitts and resident of Hodges Creek, Tortola on suspicion of the offence of Shooting with Intent to do Grievous Bodily Harm.
