Steps
1. Take a shower. Make sure your feet are clean. Scrub them well with a good body wash.

2. While your feet are still wet rub them with a pumice stone to exfoliate calluses. If you don’t have callused feet skip this step.

3. Shave any hairs on your feet and toes off.

4. Rub moisturizer on your toenails then remove it after 5-10 minutes.
5. Put lots of moisturizer on your feet (top and bottom) and then put on cotton socks. Wear the socks overnight while you sleep then when you wake up take them off.

6. Cut your toenails straight across.

7. FOR MEN: you may apply clear nail polish just along the growing part of the nail, called the cuticle, or "quick," to seal out fungus.

8. Put in toe separators and paint your nails a nice fresh colour like light blue, or just clear. Think about putting on nail stickers and covering them with a topcoat so they stay on. If you aren't good at these kinds of things buy a stick-on fake toenail with a pretty design. What if nothing fits? Maybe you should invest some money in going to a nail salon and getting a design done on your big toe.
9. Promise to stick to this plan and do it every week for beautiful (or handsome) feet all the time!
