A man who joined scores of other revellers for the August Monday 4 Rise and Shine Tramp had celebrations cut short literally when he allegedly became embroiled in a scuffle with another man. The man’s identity is not yet known and police have not released an official statement on the incident. However, police and other revellers found the man lying in the CCT parking lot with several cuts about the body. He was then rushed to
