Reba Evans is one of the youngest females to obtain a US Coast Guard License, to be a Master of Steam or Motor Vessel upon near Coastal Water for Domestic Voyage. Evans who is a BVIslander, is the daughter of Terry and Phyllis Evans and the granddaughter of Ernest (Chinco) and Gwendolyn and, Alfredo Delville and Madlene Blyden. I would like to thank my parents, other family members and friends, the Captain and Crew of Smiths Ferry Services, VIP Trans, Caribbean Performance and Sheppard Power Boat Rentals who supported me in this venture, said Evans.
