Policing in these modern times has elevated to a level where we are required to utilise all available tools of the trade to solve crimes. Hence, police dogs are becoming common- place in law enforcement, said Commissioner of Police Reynell Frazer who publicly expressed gratitude to members of Rotary Club. The Rotary Club of Tortola donated $25,000 to the RVIPF in 2006 for the establishment of its Canine Unit. The donation was part of the proceeds from the Clubs annual Grand Affair fundraising auction.
