INDECENT ASSAULT

On 25-09-08 at 0840hrs, Police arrested and charged Nelson Callwood alias “Tribal”of Jost Van Dyke who is now residing in North Sound, Virgin Gorda, with two counts of Indecent Assault on a Girl Under the Age of Thirteen.  His arrest is as a result of a report made on 22-09-08.

 

ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM

On 27-09-08 at 1505hrs, Police arrested and charged Eyan Bryan of Diamond Estate for the offence of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.  His arrest is as a result of a report made on 26-09-08.

 

On 23-09-08 at 2100hrs, Police arrested and charged Alcedo Tyson of Joe’s Hill for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. He was granted Police bail in the sum of US$5000 signed with one surety to appear in court on 25-09-08.

 

FRAUDULENT USE OF TELEPHONE

On 24-09-08 at 0840hrs, Police arrested 18-year-old John Moses Garcia of New Bush and 18-year-old Micheal Venzen of Long Bush and jointly charged them with the Fraudulent Use of a Telephone.   Their arrests were as a result of a report made on 12-03-08. 

 

COMMON ASSAULT

On 29-09-08 at 1000hrs, Police arrested and charged Jessroy McKelly of Long Bush for Common Assault. His arrest is a result of a report made on 27-09-08.
