Jus Bless, who at the opening of the league said they will be bringing God into the games, defeated the defending champions in a very competitive five set game 17-25, 23-25, 25-20, 25-20 & 16-14. Jus Bless Drexel Glasgow and Stephen Payne top scored 22 and 24 points respectively to help their team to secure victory. Paynes outstanding performance earned him Player of the Game. For Terminators, Trevor Blaize put in 16 points and Osbert Pole 14. Forfeitures saw the cancellation of one game on Friday, the two on Saturday and one on Sunday. On Friday, Termin'x forfeited to 'n Motion; on Saturday, Set It Off forfeited to Up & Coming and SDA forfeited to Dream Team, while on Sunday SDA forfeited to Terminators. In the only other game played over the weekend, nMotion defeated Raw Power 25-9, 25-21 & 25-19 with Melissa Amey named Player of the Game for her 14 points scored. Meanwhile, this Friday will feature two exciting games with Set It Off taking on Termnx at 7:00 p.m., followed by the feature game with Young Guns taking on Dream Team. These will be the only games for the weekend.
