Whether in your own boat or a locally chartered one, competitors will enjoy fishing all day in the crystal clear water and relaxing in the evening with unforgettable social events. This catch and release contest will take place at the North Drop, in an area ranging just 13 to 30 miles from Bitter End on Virgin Gorda. Competitors will spend the day casting out for prize-winning billfish in one of the best blue marlin fishing sites on the planet. Statistics will be recorded at sea before the fish are released and, upon return from the days' adventures, virtual weigh-ins will take place at the resort. Prizes will be awarded from event sponsors, but the greatest prize is what will be given back: Proceeds from the event support local charitable organizations that benefit families of the Virgin Islands in need. The Bitter End Yacht Club is proud to welcome all, from the serious fisher to the casual caster, as well as participants' families.
