At 8pm, the center of Hurricane Earl was located near Latitude 17.6 North/Longitude 60.3 West or approximately 271 miles east of the Virgin Islands.

…captain of the vessel to be charged

The government has decided to repatriate all of the 65 illegal migrants who were caught last week on Norman Island;  the captain of the vessel will be charged.

This is according to Deputy Controller of Customs Dean Fahie who told The Standpoint that the captain has been identified, and as soon as statements have been taken from the migrants and the captain, charges will be levied.
