There is no need to mention my name but I know it is important to mention theirs. Before I do, let me tell you how it began. I had an accident at work. One of my fingers got busted up real bad and needed stitches. One guy immediately said you need to go to the hospital. Blood was gushing and I could almost see the bone but I was not scared, that is until they mentioned the hospital. I have never been to the peebles hospital, but almost no one had anything good to say about that facility and its staff. But I had no choice I had to go. So on arriving at the emergency room I walked about 5 steps and a nurse came to my attention, I’m so sorry I did not get her name to mention here. She asked what happened; I explained to her, she then took me to a room, checked my blood pressure, my temperature then gave me a tetanus shot. Then said sit tight a doctor would be with you in a moment. I’m there thinking I’m going to be here all day. Then after five minutes in came Dr. Balogun and Nurse Celma Gordon. He then explained to me what was going to be done. I’m there thinking well the pain is coming now cause he had to clean and stitch now. There was none. Within 10 minutes I was patched up and ready to go home. They instructed me the dos and don’ts gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Did I mention this? Dr. Balogun shift had already ended when he got the call to come check me out. So people don’t believe everything you hear about the Peebles Hospital and staff. I would just like to say great job guys and keep up the good work, not only to the three persons who dealt with me, but the entire staff. Thank you! Name and address provided Comments (0)
